We deny appellee’s motion for rehearing. Tex.R.App. P. 49.3. We withdraw our January 11, 2007 opinion, substitute this opinion in its place, and vacate our January 11, 2007 judgment.

Appellants, El Naggar Fine Arts Furniture, Inc. and Ahmed El Naggar (collectively, “El Naggar”), challenge the trial court’s rendition of summary judgment in favor of appellee, Indian Harbor Insurance Company (“Indian Harbor”), in El Nag-gar’s suit against Indian Harbor to recover insurance proceeds.
