Defendant, the Hertz Corporation, appeals from four orders of the circuit court in this product liability case. The first, entered on January 19, 1973, vacated a jury verdict in favor of the defendants, set aside the judgment entered thereon, and granted a new trial to plaintiffs, William and Jeannette Knapp, on all issues.
