INTRODUCTION

This is an adversary proceeding in which Financial Federal Credit Inc. (“FFCI”) seeks a declaratory judgment to the effect that its auction of certain logging equipment was commercially reasonable. Chapter 11 debtor in possession Walter B. Scott & Sons, Inc.
