Plaintiff herein has for a number of years past operated a restaurant in the village of Breckenridge, Gratiot county. At the time of the occurrence from which this case has resulted he possessed a license issued by defendant under the provisions of the Michigan liquor control act * authorizing him to serve beer to his customers. It is undisputed that on the 28th of January, 1951, a waitress in the restaurant served beer to minors. Complaint charging a violation of the regulations of the defendant commission was made, resulting in a hearing and an order by the commission suspending…
