Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed April 5, 2013, which, among other things, denied claimant’s application to reopen a prior decision.
The Department of Labor issued an initial determination finding that, effective May 5, 2011, claimant was ineligible to receive unemployment insurance benefits because he voluntarily left his employment without good cause.
