The above cause came before the Court on defendants’ motion for an order requiring the insurer from whom plaintiff received workmen’s compensation to be joined as a party plaintiff.

This action arises out of an alleged accident which occurred in Minneapolis on or about August 30, 1949, while plaintiff, a Wisconsin resident, was performing work for his Wisconsin employer in Minneapolis.
