ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANTS’ MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT
KENT, District Judge.
Plaintiffs bring this case seeking de novo review of an arbitration award issued in favor of Defendants Crop Growers Insurance, Inc. (“Crop Growers”) and Fireman’s Fund AgriBusiness, Inc. (“Fireman’s Fund”). Now before the Court is Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss filed October 4, 1999, which the Court evaluates as a Motion for Summary Judgment because both parties have submitted evidence outside the pleadings. For the reasons stated below, Defendant’s Motion is GRANTED.
