Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Broome County (Mathews, J.), rendered August 9, 2004, upon a verdict convicting defendant of three counts of the crime of robbery in the first degree.

Defendant was indicted on three counts of robbery in the first degree based upon his alleged role in an incident that occurred in March 2003 at a night club in the City of Binghamton, Broome County.
