OPINION AND ORDER

BESOSA, District Judge.

Before the Court is plaintiffs’ motion to strike pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(f) (“Rule 12(f)”) and defendant the Puerto Rico Ports Authority’s (“PRPA”) motion for a protective order. (Docket Nos. 185 and 193, respectively.)
