Karen Rodriguez-Reyes (“Rodriguez”), Carmen Rivera-Rosado (“Rivera”), Maria Torres-Plaza (“Torres”), Pilar Vega-Rodriguez (“Vega”), and Liz Katiria Fuentes-Rodriguez (“Fuentes”) (collectively, “plaintiffs”) are former employees1 of the Juvenile Institutions Administration (“AIJ”).
