BEFORE THE COURT is Plaintiffs' Motion for Preliminary Injunction, ECF No. 25. Plaintiffs, a group of technology firms primarily engaged in the business of cryptocurrency mining, asked this Court to enjoin Grant County PUD No. 2 from implementing its "Evolving Industries" electricity rate class, which substantially increases the cost of electricity supplied to "evolving industries," including Blocktree *1110and other Grant County cryptocurrency miners.
