Before the court is Petitioner Amor Pau-lina Hirst’s (“Petitioner” or “mother”) Verified Petition for Return [Dkt. No. 1] of the parties’ two minor children to the United Kingdom, brought pursuant to the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction (“Hague Convention”), as implemented by the International Child Abduction Remedies Act, 42 U.S.C. 11601 et seq.
