MEMORANDUM OPINION

THIS MATTER is before the Court on a motion filed by 198 former plaintiffs (“Former Plaintiffs”), through their counsel Lee J. Rohn, Esq., requesting relief from an order that the District Court of the Virgin Islands issued dismissing the Former Plaintiffs from this action while it was before that court on removal. St. Croix Renaissance Group LLLP (“SCRG”), a former defendant also dismissed by the same order as the Former Plaintiffs, reappeared on remand to oppose the Former Plaintiffs’ motion.
