This action was instituted by defendants in error, hereinafter referred to as plaintiffs, against the plaintiffs in error, hereinafter referred to as defendants, and another not here involved, to enjoin the erection and operation of an automobile service station.

Plaintiffs in their petition alleged, in substance, that they were the owners of lots 53 and 54, and that defendant A. G.
