Plaintiff Jamie Lynn Aberter filed this action against Defendants Cliff A. Ledbet-ter, McDonald’s of Lemmon Valley, and McDonald’s Corporation. Plaintiff alleges that while employed at the Lemmon Valley establishment, she was sexually harassed by her supervisor, Bill Roberts. The complaint names five causes of action: disparate treatment based on gender, hostile work environment, constructive discharge, gender discrimination in violation of Nevada state law, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
