GARRITY, District Judge.

This diversity action was tried to a jury. At the end of an eleven day trial, on Septem ber 22, 1994, the jury returned verdicts for the plaintiff Cambridge Plating Co., Inc. (“Cambridge Plating”) on -three counts: Count I for breach of contract, Count II for intentional misrepresentation and Count III for negligent misrepresentation, and assessed damages in the amount of $12,183,120 on each count.
