Reversing.

This action was brought by the appellant, Frank Jonas, against the appellee, South Covington & Cincinnati Street Railway Company, to recover damages for personal injuries caused, as alleged, by the negligence of a conductor in charge of one of its' ears. At the close of the appellant’s evidence the court directed a verdict for appellee. This appeal is prosecuted from the judgment entered upon that verdict.
