This cause comes into this court on proceedings in error from the court of common pleas of Cuyahoga county.

Lacey Reining, as administratrix of the estate of C. H. Reining, her husband, commenced an action in the court of common pleas against The Northern Ohio. Traction & Light Company and one L. E. Griffith.
