ELSA ALCALA, Justice.

Appellant, Antonio Oneicmo Tovar, appeals from a conviction for the first degree felony offense of aggravated sexual assault of a child under the age of 14. See Tex. Pen.Code Ann. § 22.021(a)(l)(B)(iii) (Vernon 2004). Appellant pleaded not guilty to the indictment that alleged that his sexual organ contacted the sexual organ of complainant. A jury found appellant guilty, assessing his punishment at 23 years in prison.
