¶ 1 Appellants, Pamela A. Cimino, individually and as administratrix of the estate of Thomas J. Cimino, deceased, and Thomas W. Cimino, individually, appeal from the pre-trial order entered in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas, which (1) precluded the anticipated trial testimony of Appellants’ medical expert, Herbert A. Rubin M.D., relating to the standard of care applicable to Appellees, Valley Family Medicine, Mark W. Morrissey, M.D., and James G.
