On February 26, 2010, the undersigned United States District Judge heard oral argument on Plaintiffs’ (“Plaintiffs”) Motion for Class Certification [Docket No. 115] and Defendants Zurn Pex, Inc. and Zurn Industries, LLC’s Motions to Exclude Portions of the Expert Testimony of Wallace Blischke and Roger Staehle [Docket No. 120].
