MEMORANDUM OPINION 1

ROBERT D. BERGER, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter comes before the Court on the Standing Chapter 13 Trustee’s Objection to Debtors’ Claims for Exemption (Doc. # 13) of equipment necessary to raise game birds as tools of the trade. An evidentiary hearing was held before this Court at which debtor Merri Beth Thompson testified. At the hearing, the Chapter 13 Trustee withdrew his objection to the debtors’ homestead exemption.
