THIS MATTER is before the Court on Walter R. Gould’s Objection to Claim of Exemptions filed May 19, 2010 (Docket No. 31), the Chapter 13 Trustee’s Objection to Amended Schedule C, filed June 7, 2010 (Docket No. 35); and the Debtor’s Motion to Avoid Liens Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 522(f), filed June 8, 2010 (Docket No. 36). Walter R. Gould (“Gould”) and the Chapter 13 Trustee objected to the Debtors’ claim of homestead exemption.
