RULING ON PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FOR SANCTIONS

DALY, District Judge.

This is a pro se action under 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983 & 1988, with pendent claims under Conn.Gen.Stat. § 7-465, arising out of an allegedly unconstitutional sewer assessment levied by defendants on land owned by plaintiff. Plaintiff claims that defendants have failed to comply with a discovery order issued by this Court, and has moved for sanctions pursuant to Rule 37, F.R.C.P.
