Defendants The Coca-Cola Bottling Company of New York, Inc., Robert Marguis and Leonard Marley (“Defendants”) filed a Motion for Rule 16(f) Sanctions for Failure to Obey Scheduling Order (“Motion to Strike”) and a Rule 16(f) Motion to Dismiss for Repeated Contumacy (“Motion to Dismiss”) against Plaintiff Victor M.
