Travis Clark appeals a judgment in favor of the Missouri & Northern Arkansas Railroad Company, Inc. (“MNA”) on his jury-tried claim, under the Federal Employers’ Liability Act (“FELA,” 45 U.S.C. §§ 51-60), for damages arising out of personal injuries Clark claimed to have sustained as a result of a motor vehicle accident which occurred during the course and scope of his employment by MNA.
