The defendant was convicted in a trial to the court under an information charging that he “did engage in the sale or exchange of policy slips or tickets, all of which were being used in' the game of chance,” in violation of the provisions of § 8675 of the General Statutes. One of the assignments of error is that the court erred “[i]n concluding upon all the evidence that the defendant was guilty of the crime charged beyond a reasonable doubt.” No error is assigned in any interlocutory rulings made during the trial.
