BROWN, Judge:

At a general court-martial composed of officer and enlisted members, Appellant was convicted, contrary to his pleas, of attempted abusive sexual contact with a child, attempted aggravated sexual abuse of a child, abusive sexual contact with a child, and four specifications of aggravated sexual contact with a child, in violation of Articles 80 and 120, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. §§ 880, 920. 1 All offenses resulting in a conviction were based on the version of Article 120 that was in effect for misconduct occurring between 1 October 2007 and 27 June 2012.
