OPINION

Introduction.
Before the Court are contested Applications by the above two Chapter 11 Debtors to employ the law firm of Adelman, Lavine, Gold and Levin as bankruptcy counsel. The principal objection interposed has been lodged by the Debtors’ principal secured creditor, Corestates Bank, N.A., and goes to the proposed source of funds for the payment of legal fees, as opposed to the general propriety of counsel’s retention.
