MEMORANDUM OPINION 1
KEVIN J. CAREY, Bankruptcy Judge.
On December 16, 2002, the Debtors commenced these cases by filing voluntary petitions under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. 2 The Debtors filed various applications seeking to retain counsel and other professionals pursuant to sections 327 and 328 of the Code, to represent and/or advise the Debtors in these cases. 3 On January 7, 2003, the United States Trustee filed a limited objection to the applications of five of the Debtors’ professionals.
