I. INTRODUCTION

This case involves a dispute over insurance coverage arising out of an auto accident involving two cars, three claimants, and three insurance policies.

The defendants in this case are the driver, Mrs. Angeline Cosenza, and passengers, Mr. William Cosenza and Patsy De-zii, of a vehicle that collided with another vehicle, allegedly resulting in personal injuries to defendants.
