The opinion filed herein on May 22,1996 is withdrawn, and the following is issued in lieu thereof.
Appellees Robert John Mosley and R. John Mosley, P.C. (collectively “Mosley”) sued Carol B. Silverthorne, appellant, on an attorney’s fee contract that Mosley alleged had been partially assigned to him. Following a bench trial, the trial court awarded Mosley judgment for $66,000 plus interest.
