This is an action to recover under an oral wage contract. Verdict and judgment for $1,365 were entered for plaintiff and defendant has appealed.
This is the second appeal in this case. The first trial resulted in verdict and judgment for $1,500. This court reversed the judgment because" the verdict could not be reconciled with the evidence.
