Plaintiff brought an action against defendant to recover damages for personal injuries claimed to have been sustained by her. The declaration was in three counts. The first charged defendant with negligently permitting a “slimy substance” to remain on the floor of its tap room, as a result of which plaintiff fell and-was injured. The second count was based upon a violation of section 14 of the Dram Shop Act [Ill. Rev. Stat. 1937, ch. 43, § 135; Jones Ill. Stats.
