{¶ 1} Respondents, Gerald Wayne Cowden, Attorney Registration No. 0024360, and Frank Paul Nagorney, Attorney Registration No. 0010933, both of Cleveland, Ohio, were admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in 1975. Cowden is a named partner in the firm of Cowden & Humphrey Co., L.P.A., where Nagorney is also a partner.
