("Quality"), Jorge Martinez ("Jorge"), Carlos Acebo Martinez ("Acebo"), Luis Anibal Queral, M.D. ("Dr. Queral"), Moulton Keane, M.D. ("Dr. Keane"), Ivelis Garcia ("Ivelis"), and Michel Viera, LMT ("Viera") (collectively, "Defendants"), Motion to Dismiss [ECF No. 39].
