Case No: 8:20-cv-0786-KKM-CPT COASTLINE TITLE OF PINELLAS, LLC, and ANTONI KRUK, Defendants. ORDER Antoni Kruk bought some property in the summer of 2016 and Coastline Title of Pinellas, LLC, served as the closing agent on the sale. Afterward, Kruk filed a class action lawsuit against Coastline, alleging that it wrongly charged him $300 instead of the seller.
