CASE, Judge.

This is an appeal from that part of a judgment of the Superior Court of Maricopa County finding that the appellants were owners of a checking account as joint tenants with the right of survivorship and that the appellee, as a judgment creditor of one joint tenant, was entitled to fully satisfy the judgment by garnishment of the checking account. The parties herein will be referred to as they appeared in the trial court.
