OPINION

DONOFRIO, Judge.

The appellant/respondent below, Velma L. Bender, appeals from the Decree of Dissolution of Marriage entered on February 19, 1976 in the Superior Court of Maricopa County. Appellant alleges three assignments of error. First, she alleges that the property division was inequitable because certain property was improperly determined to be the sole and separate property of the appellee/petitioner, Daniel Bender.
