The plaintiff, Motir Services, Inc. (“Mo-tir”), brings this lawsuit against its former contractor, the defendants Noble House, LLC (“Noble House”) and its sole owner, George Ekwuno, for breach of contract and fraud arising out of the defendants’ conduct during construction renovations at the plaintiffs headquarters, a building in Washington, D.C.
