KENNAMER, District Judge.

Mrs. Gertrude F. Brown instituted this action against the Home Life Insurance Company, a corporation, to recover $40,000 alleged to he due upon two ordinary life insurance policies issued by the defendant company upon the life of Curtis C. Brown. Boone Williams, trustee in bankruptcy of Curtis Brown Company, a corporation, bankrupt and H. C. Colvin, trustee in bankruptcy of estate of Curtis C.
