MEMORANDUM
McLAUGHLIN, District Judge.
This is a civil rights action brought by three Philadelphia police officers, William McKenna, Michael McKenna, and Raymond Carnation (“Carnation”), against the City of Philadelphia. The plaintiffs, who are white, allege that they suffered retaliation from the City of Philadelphia police department after they complained about raeially-discriminatory treatment of African-American officers and filed claims of retaliation and discrimination.
