MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
ROGERS, District Judge.. This matter is presently before the court upon plaintiffs’ motion for preliminary injunction. Plaintiffs, who are members of the Natural Law Party, seek to enjoin the Secretary of State.for the State of Kansas from enforcing K.S;A., 25-305, which requires that nomination, petitions for independent candidates be filed ninety-one days prior to the general election.
