MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

BARBOUR, District Judge.

Plaintiffs filed this action for actual and punitive damages alleging that Defendant wrongfully refused to pay Plaintiffs’ claims for medical benefits. The Defendant, an Alabama corporation, is the admin istrator of the Alabama Road Builder’s Association Health Benefit Group Trust (Trust). The Trust was established by the Association to serve as the vehicle through which members of the Association could establish self-insured employee welfare benefit plans to provide benefits for their employees.
