ANDERSON, Circuit Judge.
[1] The District Court held claims 1, 2, 3, 7, 8, and 12 of the Eibel patent, No. 845,222, dated February 26, 1907, valid and infringed. 267 Fed. 847. The patent is on its face for an “improvement in Fourdrinier machines.”
For generations the Fourdrinier has been the best known and most commonly used paper-making machine. It consists, in its first section, of an endless wire sieve, passing over a series of rolls at a constant speed.
