MEMORANDUM
PADOVA, District Judge.
I. INTRODUCTION
Presently before the Court in this antitrust suit alleging violations of Sections 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1, 2, is the Plaintiffs’ Amended Motion for Class Certification. On May 3, 2007, the Court granted a motion to certify the class.
