This is a taxpayer’s suit in equity to enjoin a municipal authority and its officials from carrying out a contract for the construction of a sewerage system, allegedly awarded illegally to defendant construction firms. The amended complaint charges that the contract was awarded to a firm which was not the lowest responsible bidder in violation of section 10 of the Municipality Authorities Act of May 2, 1945, P.
