William Daniels died in the spring of the year 1900, leaving surviving him his widow, Mary Daniels and thirteen children. He owned at his death a tract of 800 acres of land. The widow, Mary Daniels, on April 25, 1900, qualified as administratrix of his estate and as guardian of the infant children, the majority of the children being then infants.
