In these consolidated appeals, the petitioner, Ellis Dixson, 1 in AC 25570 challenges the judgment of the trial court denying his motion to correct an illegal sentence and in AC 25651 challenges the judgment of the habeas court denying his petition for a writ of habeas corpus.
