In an action to recover damages arising out of the sale and installation of a telephone system, defendant Telecom Equipment Corp. appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County (Stolarik, J.), dated June 16,1981,, which denied its motion, inter alia, to strike the plaintiff’s demands for punitive damages.
